Anita Barone

Anita Barone is a versatile stage actor who's been mostly limited to TV sitcoms. She got her first success in this genre when she was married to Jeff Foxworthy during "The Jeff Foxworthy Show," a series that aired on ABC between 1995 to 1996. Barone made her first appearance on stage when she was five in Detroit which is where she was raised following the move of her family to the city from St Louis. By age 23 Barone was on stage in more than 50 plays mostly at university productions and regional theaters. The stage roles she played included Juliet in "Romeo as well as Juliet," Helen Keller in a stage production that was based on "Monday Following the Miracle" and in the title role of Agnes an innocent nun in "Agnes of God."
