Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones. Born September 3, 1976, Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actress for over twenty years. Her most well-known roles include soap opera performances as Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) and Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). In the HBO series True Blood, she played her character Daphne. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. Her teaching career began within Maury County. There, she taught Reading to kindergarten and 1st grades. In 1998 she married Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated into Thompsons Station. In Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th Grade. The years 1999 and 2000 saw her continued on to teach as she completed her Masters in Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped away from the classroom when the family welcomed their son Baylor to the family in the year 2000. Ashley has spent the last fifteen years working on the growth of the children of her congregation and in the community, while also serving in a variety of roles. Ashley was a teacher of the Preschool and Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. As Ashley was at home with her kids, they went through three years in homeschooling. Ashley as well as her kids taught history to kindergarteners and students in the first grade at a school tutorial. God has clearly demonstrated to Ashley and her family the necessity of going back to school. While Ashley was a fan of homeschooling, she also loved having her five kids. Brent and Ashley are parents to five children. Silas Eliza, and Cruz are both students at GCA. Baylor is a GCA grad who plays baseball and attends UT-Martin. Callan is a GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. The family is made up of busy people who love to hunt, fish and cheer each other on during their favorite games.
